From the Odoo 19 Dashboard, navigate to Recruitment.

Inside the Recruitment app:
Go to Applications → By Talent Pools.

Click New to create a new Talent Pool.

When creating a talent pool, you can define: Title of the talent pool, Responsible manager, Tags, Color, Company, and Description about the pool.

You can add candidates in multiple ways:
In the Talent Pool Kanban view, click New Talent.
Fill in the candidate’s details and assign them to the appropriate pool.

Click the created talent pool, then Add Applicants to pull from the current applicants already in the system.





In their form view, click Add to Pool.


When the right role appears:
Click Create Applications in the candidate’s record to generate a new job application.


If hiring is immediate, click Generate Offer to prepare an offer and notify the candidate via email.
