  3. In the selected sales team form, you’ll see the Assignment Rules section.
  4. Click the Edit Domain button to set the conditions for automatic assignment.

  • Assign leads with Source = Website to the Online Sales Team.
  • Assign opportunities with Expected Revenue > 50,000 to Senior Sales Executives.

You can combine multiple conditions using filters, domains, or custom fields to make the rule more precise.


Assigning Leads to Team Members

After defining your rules, Odoo 19 automatically applies them whenever a new lead or opportunity is created.

If multiple team members are part of the same sales team, Odoo can distribute leads using the Round Robin method to ensure equal workload distribution. Each team member receives leads in rotation, maintaining balance and fairness.
