We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer who can not only develop and customize Odoo modules but also lead a team of developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Odoo.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Odoo applications.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
- Review code for quality, consistency, and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest Odoo features and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementations.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
