About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can take ownership of Technaureus' complete growth marketing initiatives and build predictable systems for generating qualified B2B leads.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, business development, and delivery teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies that contribute directly to business growth.

- Develop and execute the company's growth marketing strategy
- Build quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps
- Create scalable customer acquisition systems
- Define KPIs and optimize marketing performance
- Own the complete customer acquisition funnel

Generate qualified B2B leads through:

Performance Marketing
- Manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms
- Improve conversion rates
- Reduce Cost per Lead (CPL)

- Conduct A/B testing
- Monitor campaign performance and analytics

Track and optimize:
