We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to support ERP implementations and financial process optimization. This role demands strong accounting knowledge and expertise in ERP systems—ideally Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure financial modules in Odoo or other ERP systems.
Understand client business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Provide functional support, training, and documentation.
Work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
Assist clients with accounting, reporting, and financial workflows.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Finance/ERP Consultant.
Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial operations.
Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting or other ERP platforms.
Ability to conduct requirement gathering and client workshops.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
