 Send Quotes In Odoo

To send quotes or proposals online - Odoo, first, we have to select an existing quote or create a new one. For that go to Sales>Quotations:

 

 

To send it online, click on the Send by Email button, then we will get a wizard to specify the recipient as,

Fill all details and send it through online.

Send a product-specific email once the invoice paid

We can automatically send product manual or specific documents when an invoice paid, just by making some changes in the configuration settings. Therefore go to Sales>Configuration>Settings: Product Catalog

Then enable the option Specific Email
