Odoo 13 Working Time Configuration

Configuration of working time in Odoo13 in an organization has its importance so as to increase the productivity. Flexibility in the workplace allows employers and employees to make arrangements about working conditions that suit them. This helps employees to maintain a work / life balance and can help employers improve the productivity and efficiency of their business. In Odoo 13, it provides a provision to change the working timings of organization per employee. Here we discuss about how can we configure one and allocate it to an employee, that is the working time configuration in Odoo13.

In Employees module , go to

Configuration --> Settings -->Company Work Hours

You can create and also edit the work hours here.

Save it after making enough changes.

Now go to Employees and then select an employee. Under the Schedule tab, you will find Working Hours where you can change the working hours for an employee.
