Skills certification in odoo 13 is a credential that you earn to show that you have specific skill or knowledge. They are usually tied to an occupation, technology, or industry. Certifications are usually offered by a professional organization or a company that specializes in a particular field or technology.
In Odoo, we can create this by the help of Skill Management module. Using this module we can add various types of skill for employees. The installation of Skill Certification in Odoo 13 is as follows :
Install the module
Apps->Skills Management->
Go to Menu->Employees->Configuration->Skills->
We can see some skills that has already created.
To create a new skill,
Click Create->
Enter details
Name
Skill
Levels(knowledge level)
Then click Save->
Go to Employees->
Select Create-> button to create new Employee
Enter the details of the employee and then click,CREATE A NEW ENTRY-> to add the skill.
Select the Skill Type, Skill, Skill Level and click Save & Close-> to close. Or select Save & New-> to enter more skill in skill certification in Odoo.
Then Save-> the form and go to Employees->
We can see the created employee and then click to open it.
Now, here the skills are shown in the right side of the form.
