CRM, the customer relationship management in Odoo allows you to manage the complete customer leads and opportunities. It includes overview the ongoing processes, upcoming activities and also the previous month performance. Also, track all the leads from different resources and convert them into opportunities.
In Order to use all these functionalities we have to install the CRM module from the apps.
If we need pre qualification stage in our Odoo CRM, we have to enable the Leads in the settings,
Firstly, go to CRM>Configuration>Settings:
Then go to CRM>Pipeline>Leads: then create the leads
After saving the lead we can convert that into opportunity when we feel that lead is an opportunity. During the opportunity, we can create new quotation:

SCHEDULE ACTIVITY IN CRM:
Activities can be scheduled from the kanban views in the pipeline:
Here we can select the activity types and assign this activity to a user and also add some message:
In addition, if we want to schedule a meeting then select the activity type as Meeting:
After this, we will get a calendar view and there we can set the exact timing of the meeting:

In default, Odoo has many generic activity types. But we can also create new types. Go to CRM>Configuration>Activity Types:

OPT-OUT PARTNERS FROM MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
In addition, we can select customers, leads or opportunities from Odoo CRM as the recipients of the campaigns. It is possible to manage this campaigns in the Email Marketing module.
Here we can also opt-out the partners from the campaigns while creating the leads. While creating leads we can see this option in the Extra Info section. We can opt-out the customer from a selected campaign in the tracking section.
