Create Invoice From Task in Odooreate Invoice From Task in Odoo

It is possible to  Create Invoice From Task in Odoo. We can’t create an invoice from task directly, therefore we have to create a product as in service type and give sales price in its General Information:

Then select the 'invoice based on' Timesheets and 'service tracking' by creating a task in a new project in Invoicing and save the product:

Next, go to employees and select an employee to do this task. Provide the timesheet cost in the HR settings of the employee and save it:

Then go to Sales and create a Quotation for this product and save it:

Then confirm the quotation by clicking on the Confirm Sale button:

There we can see that a task and project is created from that sale order:

Then clicking on the project overview we can see the details as:

Then go to Project and create the time sheets for the task:

To create the invoice go to Sales>Invoice>Orders to Invoice and select our order, just look at the projects overview before creating the invoice and we can see some changes in that:

Then create the invoice after its validation and print it:
