Functional Consultant Intern

About the Role

Technaureus Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Functional Consultant Interns. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in business analysis, ERP systems, and understanding how technology supports business operations.

The selected candidates will gain practical exposure to ERP implementation, business process analysis, client requirement gathering, and functional consulting under the guidance of experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting client business requirements.
• Learn and analyze business workflows across different operational functions.
• Support the team in understanding and configuring ERP system functionalities.
• Assist with functional testing, issue identification, and documentation.
• Help prepare user guides, process documents, and training materials.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams to understand project requirements.
• Participate in internal training sessions and ERP implementation activities.
• Develop an understanding of client communication, business analysis, and project workflows.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with a background in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business processes and ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn ERP implementation, business analysis, and client requirement gathering.

An enthusiastic learner with a logical mindset, good communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding business processes and ERP solutions. Prior professional experience is not required.
